 At this stage, the screw compressor starts at a low speed, the solenoid valve (1) is open and the intake air regulator (2) is in the closed position. The compressor operates under the conditions described above for about 5-7 seconds. After this time, the engine switches from star to delta: the electrovalve (1) closes, allowing the regulator (2) to open, which takes the atmospheric air through the filter (3). At this stage, the screw compressor operates in full mode, providing air compression inside the oil separator tank (6). Compressed air can not escape through the minimum pressure valve (14), set to 3-4 bar. Under the action of compressed air, the oil contained in the tank (6) flows through the pipe (7). Then the oil enters the radiator (11), from which it is fed through the filter (9) and the pipeline (8) into the compressor (4). Here, it mixes with air, forming an air-oil mixture, which ensures tightness and lubrication of the moving parts of the compressor. Then the oil-air mixture returns to the tank (6), where the oil is preliminarily separated from the air by the centrifugal force and further final separation of the oil is carried out by the separator filter (13). The cleaned air leaving the tank flows through the pipeline (15) to the radiator (11), from which it is sent through the cut off valve (16) to the network. The residual oil accumulated in the bottom of the filter-separator is again sent to the compressor.
